On my 30th birthday, I bought the outfit on the right to go to Puerto Rico. I have joined a gym and I workout 5 times a week. I do cycling, strength training, cross fit and a lot of body circuit work. ![]() Through the ups and downs, I remained focused for the most part during my fitness journey. Then, I turned to social media to help keep me motivated and to learn more about working out. No greasy food and I limited my intake on carbs. I started off by just walking and watching what I ate. On September 27, 2014, I weighed 215 pounds. Despite ups and downs, she’s remained focused and is now training to become a certified personal trainer.
